About the role
Responsibilities
- Support customer account management, billing operations, and receivables collection activities
- Maintain accurate customer records and process invoices and payments
- Manage post-paid customer accounts and resolve billing inquiries
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes
- Prepare regular sales, revenue, and receivables reports to support business decision-making
- Support customer onboarding and account administration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in billing, collections, accounts receivable, or a similar finance function
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are considered an advantage
