Assistant Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise the retail sales area to deliver targets and ensure high levels of customer service
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to Customer Service Officers (CSOs)
• Actively sell and cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing customers
• Ensure retail sales performance meets KPI targets across customer segments
• Lead daily retail sales team meetings and monitor daily operations
• Attract new customers through personal relations and referrals
• Ensure activities adhere to audit, risk, legal, and policy requirements
• Achieve NPS targets by following customer-obsessed methodology
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to allocate sales targets among staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 10 years of relevant experience in the banking sector
• At least 5 years in similar positions with progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the branch network function
