About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing awareness and knowledge of all applicable domestic and international AML & Sanctions requirements, including guidelines from FATF, Basel, and Wolfsberg
- Recommend enhancements in Compliance controls, processes, and systems to the Compliance Manager to align with evolving regulations
- Actively participate in the development and review of business applications, systems, products, and processes
- Provide value-added recommendations to ensure all bank systems and products have appropriate internal controls related to AML & Sanctions policy to protect bank assets and reputation
What we look for
- Knowledge of domestic and international AML & Sanctions requirements
- Familiarity with FATF, Basel, and Wolfsberg guidelines
- Ability to recommend enhancements in compliance controls
