About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes
- Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS
- Own the consolidation process, intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
- Oversee general ledger, reconciliations and internal controls
- Review fixed asset accounting, capitalization and depreciation
- Coordinate statutory, internal and regulatory audits
- Lead, mentor and develop the accounting team
Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA or ACA
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, period-end close and audit requirements
- Advanced ERP and advanced Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant master's degree
- Hospitality, integrated resort, gaming or real estate experience
- Big Four accounting firm experience
- Oracle or comparable enterprise platform experience
