About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of the Sales team across all market segments
- Support the Director of Sales in implementing departmental standards and strategies
- Assume responsibility for the Sales Department in the absence of the Director of Sales
- Manage and develop top-producing accounts within the Leisure segment
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and develop existing accounts
- Develop, implement, and evaluate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct regular sales calls, account reviews, and market analysis
- Train, coach, and motivate Sales team members
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients and business partners
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Sales leadership role
- Strong experience in managing key accounts and driving revenue
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Professionalism, commercial awareness, and a results-driven approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the hospitality industry
- Russian language proficiency preferred
