Assistant Director of Sales

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Assist in managing and leading the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and industry partners
• Contribute to the creation of effective sales proposals, presentations, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
• Assist in negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities
• Monitor and report on sales performance
• Handle specific key accounts and develop strategies to maximize their contribution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–8 years of progressive hotel sales experience
• 2–3 years of experience as Assistant Director of Sales
• Valid UAE or GCC driving license
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales, revenue management, and market segmentation
• Experience in Global & local corporate and government segments
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
