Assistant Facilities Manager - Wynn Oasis

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support building technicians in performing civil, structural, mechanical, and basic electrical maintenance tasks
• Conduct inspections and audits of building infrastructure including plumbing, lighting, and HVAC support
• Develop and manage PPM schedules for all building-related assets and systems
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and compliance documentation
• Ensure all tasks are logged and updated in the CMMS (Maximo or equivalent)
• Lead and manage a team of building technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for outsourced services such as façade cleaning and pest control
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with UAE building codes and safety regulations
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns

Requirements

• Technical diploma or certification in building maintenance, civil engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in building maintenance within large-scale residential or staff housing environments
• Strong knowledge of civil finishes, basic MEP systems, and maintenance best practices
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, riser diagrams, and layout plans
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo) and digital reporting tools
