About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and long-range planning across business units
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning and scenario analysis
- Analyze performance against budgets, forecasts and prior periods
- Conduct profitability analysis by business unit, service line, property and contract
- Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards and executive performance packs
- Prepare and monitor short- and long-term cash flow forecasts
- Strengthen financial controls, governance and data integrity
- Partner with operational and commercial teams on budgets and cost control
- Mentor junior finance team members
Requirements
- FP&A experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Construction or related industries
- Financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, dashboards and scenario modelling
- Hands-on accounting, results finalization and statutory reporting
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP or another ERP
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications
- Power BI and data visualization experience
- Experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate or Property Management
