About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Coach in planning and delivering cricket training sessions three evenings per week
- Conduct and manage batting and bowling nets, throw-downs, fielding drills, and wicket-keeping practice
- Support player trials, talent identification, squad selection, and player development
- Assist with match-day preparation, team coordination, and on-field support
- Maintain records of player availability, attendance, and training schedules
Requirements
- Proven experience in cricket coaching, preferably in a competitive club or senior environment
- ICC, ECB, Cricket Australia Level 1 coaching qualification or higher
- Practical experience running nets, throw-downs, fielding and wicket-keeping sessions
- Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills
- Valid UAE residence visa
- Available for weekday evening training in Dubai
