About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up
- Support management and leadership in resolving Human Resources issues
- Monitor hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with local, state, federal laws, and company policies
- Respond to employee and management questions regarding HR programs, policies, and guidelines
- Maintain accurate employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9s
- Assist in the logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
