About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the annual Business planning/ budgeting process for the brand
- Ensure budget targets are realistic, stretched, and reflect actual business potentials
- Monitor ongoing performance to track and report achievements
- Highlight variances and advise the Business Head on preventive measures and corrective actions
- Undertake decision-support analyses to facilitate business decisions such as new stores, new brands, new countries, store refurbishments, or closures/exit options
Requirements
- Experience in business planning and budgeting
- Strong analytical skills for decision support
- Ability to monitor performance and report variances
