Responsibilities
- Manage billing operations for assigned Business Units
- Supervise a team and directly raise invoices for select BUs
- Ensure accurate, timely, and contract-compliant billing through robust process controls
- Maintain operational continuity and effective team management
- Drive standardization, automation, and digital initiatives to enhance efficiency and overall billing performance
