About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end commercial and contract management, including tender reviews and risk assessments
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance
- Monitor project profitability, costs, revenue, budgets and margins
- Identify cost optimization opportunities
- Oversee contract lifecycle management, invoicing, revenue recognition, variations and renewals
- Manage client communications
- Ensure contractual obligations, KPIs and SLAs are met
- Produce regular commercial reporting and mitigate project risks
