Responsibilities
- Assist the Facilities Manager in day-to-day FM operations
- Ensure facilities are fully maintained, functional and safe for building users
- Oversee maintenance activities and coordinate vendors and contractors
- Manage housekeeping and soft services
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety guidelines
- Support implementation of facility projects
