About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance of Group MIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
- Oversee data management for ER, Ofin, Power BI and Cognos management reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design reports and deliver actionable insights
- Consolidate data from various sources, perform analysis and generate performance reports
- Provide training and support to end-users on MIS, Cognos, Excel and Power BI
- Monitor and analyse key retail KPIs to support business performance
Requirements
- MBA Finance or B.Com
- 5-7 years in retail finance
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
