About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of compliance frameworks, investigations, risk assessments, and due diligence engagements
- Manage day-to-day client engagements including planning, budgeting, quality, and timelines
- Supervise and mentor Senior Consultants and junior staff
- Maintain current understanding of relevant regulations and industry trends
- Identify opportunities for Ethics & Compliance services and contribute to proposals and client pitches
- Report progress to engagement managers and leadership while managing client relationships
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Forensic, Ethics & Compliance, or Risk Management
- Experience managing workstreams or engagements and leading junior team members
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, investigation methodologies, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CFE, CCEP, or ICA
- Arabic language proficiency
- Sector exposure to energy or oil & gas
