About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the growth of Shukran Gift Cards across physical, digital, and partner channels with a focus on B2B sales
- Identify and approach corporate clients, aggregators, and distributors to drive B2B growth
- Prepare proposals, offers, and presentations for corporate and partner clients
- Manage day-to-day relationships with partners and support onboarding and integration
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal on contracts, invoicing, and compliance
- Implement marketing campaigns and promotions to boost gift card awareness
- Support daily operations including issuance, redemption, reporting, and reconciliations
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as sales, redemptions, and breakage
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or account management
- Experience in retail, loyalty, or payments preferred
- Strong interest in B2B sales and business development
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Based in Dubai, UAE
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic language skills
- CRM experience
- Data-driven mindset
