Assistant Manager - Gift Cards - Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of Shukran Gift Cards across physical, digital, and partner channels with a focus on B2B sales
• Identify and approach corporate clients, aggregators, and distributors to drive B2B growth
• Prepare proposals, offers, and presentations for corporate and partner clients
• Manage day-to-day relationships with partners and support onboarding and integration
• Coordinate with Finance and Legal on contracts, invoicing, and compliance
• Implement marketing campaigns and promotions to boost gift card awareness
• Support daily operations including issuance, redemption, reporting, and reconciliations
• Monitor and report on key metrics such as sales, redemptions, and breakage

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or account management
• Experience in retail, loyalty, or payments preferred
• Strong interest in B2B sales and business development
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Based in Dubai, UAE
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic language skills
• CRM experience
