Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns, including messaging, paid media, in-store assets, and influencer activations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness
- Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure a consistent consumer journey
- Support the briefing process for Creative teams by contributing to seasonal storytelling
- Assist in managing project timelines and tracking deliverables
- Monitor market trends and consumer insights to support campaign optimization
- Track campaign performance and assist in post-campaign analysis
- Support communication and coordination with global teams to ensure alignment
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Passion for beauty and cosmetics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work in the beauty industry
