Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns, including messaging, paid media, in-store assets, and influencer activations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure a consistent consumer journey
• Support the briefing process for Creative teams by contributing to seasonal storytelling
• Assist in managing project timelines and tracking deliverables
• Monitor market trends and consumer insights to support campaign optimization
• Track campaign performance and assist in post-campaign analysis
• Support communication and coordination with global teams to ensure alignment

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Passion for beauty and cosmetics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
