About the role
Responsibilities
Operations
- Process payroll for 1000+ employees using Oracle HCM & EBS
- Maintain comprehensive employee database using Oracle HCM
Performance, Talent Management
- Facilitate the performance management cycle including expectation and objective setting
- Manage communications, annual and quarterly reviews, normalization, and finalization of the business performance bell curve
- Finalize performance incentives and progression based on performance
HR Analytics
- Develop comprehensive HR Dashboards with MS Excel and Microsoft Power BI
- Provide management support in areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced/predictive analytics including People Cost, HC ratios, and Turnover & absenteeism trends
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years experience in HR Operations
- Extensive experience with HR Analytics
- Experience using Power BI to create Dashboards
- Excellent MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field (MBA in HR preferred)
