Assistant Manager-Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and communications plans for the Exhibition Department and its portfolio of events
• Lead campaign development and manage external agencies including printers, design, PR, and media
• Support project managers in pitching for corporate sponsors
• Produce marketing collateral for regional and international exhibitions
• Manage exhibition onsite activities such as press conferences and media centers
• Research new show ideas, markets, and data management procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the exhibitions organizing industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and campaign management
• Proven experience working with external agencies and vendors
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills
• In-depth knowledge of business management and practices
