Assistant Manager - Marketing

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute retail marketing strategies aligned with business priorities
• Coordinate creative briefs, content direction, and campaign assets across multiple channels
• Manage offline media planning including OOH, transit, print, and radio
• Oversee mall marketing collaborations and maintain relationships with mall management
• Lead the execution of in-store activations, collection launches, and PR-led initiatives
• Support CRM and digital alignment to ensure cohesive customer-facing messaging
• Manage vendor relationships, project budgets, and marketing collateral development
• Prepare monthly retail marketing reports and performance analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
• 8 to 12 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in luxury, retail, or fashion
• Demonstrated experience managing integrated marketing programs
• Proficiency in graphic design and AI-enabled creative tools
• Strong hands-on experience in offline media, mall marketing, and events
• UAE market experience strongly preferred
• Valid UAE driving licence required
• Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency
