About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote brand awareness internally and externally
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty
- Communicate with potential owners via telephone to set up preview package sales and tours
- Verify eligibility requirements for potential owners prior to scheduling tours
- Perform general office duties including filing, emailing, typing, and faxing
- Assist management in training, evaluating, and coaching employees
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and guest privacy
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds
