About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and assist the Outlet Manager or F&B Manager with daily operations
- Inspect and maintain accurate service and product consistency
- Provide exceptional service to guests
- Promote and maintain good employee relations between the service kitchen and dining room
- Lead recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of team members
- Ensure adherence to all corporate, regional, and local hotel operating policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of fine dining and all-inclusive operations experience in a luxury hotel
- Strong guest service skills and leadership ability
- Working knowledge of loyalty programs, Opera, and MS Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
