About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize payroll related input and process pay and benefits for employees of allocated units of the Al-Tayer Group
- Verify formalities for employee severance or transfers to process full and final settlements
- Reimburse HR related bills and process payment vouchers for training, recruitment, and insurance
- Assist internal and external auditors with audit procedures
- Prepare periodic reports relating to salary, gratuity, leave passage provisions, and final settlement accounts
- Process monthly payroll including leave administration and pension computation
- Manage and administer employee leave and benefit settlements
Requirements
- Graduate degree, preferably in Commerce
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- High computer literacy
