About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in management, leadership, and marketing
- Contribute to the review, development, and enhancement of the management and marketing curriculum
- Conduct, publish, and disseminate high-quality scholarly research in area of specialization
- Apply research methodologies in both teaching and scholarly activities
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research projects
- Participate in academic advising, student mentoring, and supervision of research projects
- Represent the University in national and international conferences and professional associations
- Foster engagement with industry and community partners
- Contribute to college and university service, including committee work and governance
- Engage in outreach initiatives to support the university's mission
Requirements
- PhD in Management or a closely related field from an accredited institution
- Strong and ongoing research and publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- At least three years of teaching experience at the Assistant Professor level
- Ability to implement innovative, student-centered, and technology-enhanced teaching practices
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English
