About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in supply chain management
- Contribute to the review, development, and enhancement of the supply chain management curriculum
- Conduct, publish, and disseminate advanced research in the candidate's area of specialization
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research projects and seek external research funding
- Participate in academic advising, student mentoring, and supervision of research projects
- Represent the University in national and international conferences and academic forums
- Foster engagement with industry and community partners to support student internships
- Contribute to college and university service, including committee work and governance
Requirements
- PhD in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a closely related field
- Strong publication record in reputable academic journals
- Demonstrated expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- At least one year of experience at the Assistant Professor level or equivalent teaching role
- Proven ability to implement innovative, student-centered, and technology-enhanced teaching practices
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
