Job Description

Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders to coordinate and oversee various aspects of real estate development projects from inception through to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Schedule Management: Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Contractor and Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in monitoring project progress and quality standards, addressing any issues that arise during the construction phase.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, project documentation, and updates for stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry, preferably assisting with residential or commercial projects.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in project management software, knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and budgeting.
