About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers to contribute toward generating required revenue
- Prepare Credit Applications (CAs)
- Contact customers on a day-to-day basis to ensure tasks are completed to their satisfaction
- Provide high-level customer service and special attention for BBD clients in Business Centers
- Increase acquisition of New-to-Bank (NTB) clients
