Assistant Relationship Manager - Business Credit (WBG)

Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Banking Coverage team with day-to-day client servicing and operational activities
• Assist with corporate account opening, profile maintenance, transfers, and fixed deposit placements
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client enquiries and ensuring timely resolution
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of client transactions
• Support relationship managers in managing customer portfolios and maintaining accurate records
• Promote digital banking solutions and support clients in adopting online banking services
• Assist in preparing management reports, presentations, and portfolio-related information
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• UAE National (Family Book required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Interest in Corporate Banking, Relationship Management, and Financial Services
• Previous banking, customer service, or client-facing experience is advantageous
