About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers in providing differentiated service to high-net-worth customers and contribute to customer retention and growth
- Collaborate with business support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and delivery of customer-focused service
- Establish customer relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions
- Assist Relationship Managers in the daily maintenance of customer relationships
- Serve as customers' key contact point in initiating customer instructions, monitoring fund payment, and preparing loans disbursement instructions
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in private banking industry
- Qualified to carry out Investment regulated activities (Types 1 and 4) under Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO) is preferable
- Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
