About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for POS and merchant acquiring products
- Acquire new-to-bank merchants and solicit existing clients in the market
- Analyse cases and provide customer information after field visits
- Ensure strict adherence to KYC, compliance and internal processes
- Maintain daily sales reports for team leader and manager review
- Resolve or escalate customer complaints in a timely manner
- Identify cross-sell opportunities across the bank
Requirements
- University degree
- 3 to 5 years of experience in banking or the financial industry
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships with colleagues
