About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle low value clients for relationship management and act as a backup RM
- Support RMs to free up their time and be the first face to the customer for inquiries and service-related activities
- Assist RMs in conducting proper KYC to fulfill compliance requirements
- Support RMs in regular liaison with group compliance for customer onboarding and AML/KYC/DTRs/RFIs
- Service all banking needs including account opening, maintenance, complaints, and investments
- Ensure error-free checking to avoid financial losses and adhere to KYC checklists
- Manage administration, reporting, and daily trackers
- Drive CRM and Face App usage for accurate recording of customer interactions
- Liaise with operations and governance to rectify audit objections
Requirements
- Graduate degree with experience in banking or the service industry
- Good negotiation, decision making, and superior interpersonal skills
- Good command in spoken English and excellent writing skills
- Conversant with local regulations and business environment
- Ability to manage difficult situations
- Customer-oriented personality
