About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and nurturing both existing and prospect Relationship clients with personalized and standardized service
- Manage overall service and operational quality across the assigned portfolio
- Assist the Relationship Management and Business Development Officers teams in achieving financial objectives regarding new customers, limits, utilization, and fee realization
- Monitor portfolio routing conditions, turnover, and POS
- Ensure timely fulfillment of covenants as mentioned in the Credit Approval Process
Requirements
- Experience in relationship management and client service
- Ability to monitor portfolio performance and financial objectives
- Knowledge of credit approval processes and covenant fulfillment
