About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in driving pre and post opening restaurant operations
- Assist in development and training of team members
- Implement and deliver service standards conforming to SOPs
- Manage daily venue operations post-opening
Requirements
- Catering School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high profile restaurant or club
- Experience in pre and post opening of a restaurant
