About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant
- Supervise and support restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements
- Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products
- Assist in managing the restaurant's budget and financial performance
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a four- or five-star hotel
- UAE/GCC local market experience
