About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor reservations and revenue systems to ensure accurate availability, rates, and inventory across all channels
- Develop action plans to reach daily, monthly, and yearly KPIs
- Complete room forecasting to project demand for groups and transient segments
- Coordinate rate changes and stay restrictions based on market demand
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns
- Resolve rate leakages using the Fornova system
- Optimize SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns in collaboration with agencies
- Manage website content and search engine rankings to maintain competitiveness
- Analyze website user behavior and production reports to drive digital direct goals
- Manage Booking.com Sponsored Ads and Expedia Travel Ads
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in revenue management or financial analysis within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in revenue management systems, Property Management Systems (PMS), and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with advanced data analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Revenue Management
