About the role
Responsibilities
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty
- Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
- Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by coordinating with relevant departments
- Manage Marriott Rewards information and redemption requests
- Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
- Assist management in training and motivating employees
- Maintain professional appearance and follow company policies
- Monitor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
