Assistant Sales Manager (Events) - Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by contacting appropriate departments
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty, including up-selling
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, such as filing, emailing, and typing
• Assist management in training and motivating employees
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 2 years of related work experience
