Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by contacting appropriate departments
• Use sales techniques and up-selling to maximize revenue and guest loyalty
• Process Marriott Rewards points redemption and reservation requests
• Perform general office duties including filing, emailing, and typing to support Sales & Marketing
• Assist management in training and motivating employees
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
• Monitor performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
