Assistant Shift Manager - Asset Protection

Responsibilities

• Lead all security operations during the assigned shift, including gaming and non-gaming areas
• Direct the Security Supervisor in team deployment to maintain effective coverage
• Maintain a safe, secure, and controlled environment through active supervision
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and resort policies
• Oversee access control to restricted and sensitive areas
• Coordinate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Corporate Investigations during incident response
• Monitor the gaming floor for security threats and prohibited conduct
• Provide coaching, direction, and corrective guidance to the security team
• Conduct shift briefings, handovers, and review incident documentation
• Manage guest incidents, disputes, and enforcement actions in accordance with policy
• Conduct inspections of security posts, patrol routes, and access points

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of security leadership experience in large integrated resorts
• Demonstrated experience leading large teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in security or a related field
• Strong leadership presence and professional judgement
• High integrity, discretion, and accountability
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Sound understanding of gaming, hospitality, and security environments
• Ability to remain composed and resilient under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• ASIS International Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
