About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations and ensure consistent service standards
- Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a café or restaurant supervisory/management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and basic reporting
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
