Assistant Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive the sales of Personal Banking products, including Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Payroll Accounts
• Achieve budgeted sales targets for primary and secondary products
• Conduct sales promotions, corporate presentations, and roadshows to maximize business acquisition
• Manage and deliver assigned sales targets while identifying cross-sell opportunities
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
• Act as a delegate for the Team Leader during their absence to ensure continuity of operations
• Support the development and coaching of underperforming team members through mentoring and on-the-job training
• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture within the sales team

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a specialist within a banking, financial services, or collections environment
• Demonstrated experience managing collections campaigns across multiple product lines
• Experience working in a regulated environment with exposure to compliance and audit requirements
• Experience in the UAE or GCC banking sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's Degree
