About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year
- Prospect in targeted markets through phone calls and face-to-face visits
- Present and sell business banking products and services to potential customers
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-sell opportunities
- Adhere to Bank's KYC and AML policies
- Ensure KYC guidelines are followed during business banking customer onboarding
- Act as an external personal contact between the bank and its markets
- Conduct micro marketing activities, including SME events and direct marketing
- Handle customer objections to drive sales
- Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM
- Participate in team activities, morning huddles, training, and coaching
Requirements
- Experience in SME sales or business banking
- Ability to meet monthly sales targets
- Proficiency in prospecting and relationship management
- Knowledge of KYC and AML compliance standards
- Strong communication and objection handling skills
- Ability to use CRM systems and generate sales reports
