About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Telesales Agents to ensure all activities meet sales targets
- Develop and implement telesales strategies and objectives
- Maintain service standards and monitor performance for top productivity
- Ensure unqualified leads remain below 3%
- Conduct workshops to set goals and identify buying motives
- Liaise with Sales Approach Development Managers for calling programs
- Design performance measurement metrics and provide coaching/feedback
- Recruit, train, and certify Telesales Agents
- Manage work shifts, break scheduling, and leave applications
- Conduct performance appraisals and MBO reviews
What we look for
