Assistant Vice President - Events

Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term event planning and management strategies to build value-based customer relationships
• Manage project conceptualization, design, budget, and success measurement for all events
• Ensure timely and quality execution of event activities in line with brand positioning
• Administer all phases of including planning, marketing, and administrative procedures
• Develop, forecast, and monitor event expenses to ensure costs remain within approved budgets
• Promote events through digital media and promotional campaigns
• Work closely with communications team to maximize media and PR leverage
• Evaluate and measure event success through post-event evaluation surveys
• Stay informed about industry trends and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive Marketing and Events experience, preferably in real estate
• Proven ability to deliver authoritative leadership to marketing and promotional staff
• Creative problem solving and planning skills
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching complex real estate products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Finance; MBA preferred
