About the role
About the Company
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, offering luxury rooms, fine dining, a theater, a beach club, and a five-star spa.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue performance through targeted marketing strategies, VIP acquisition, and player retention
- Develop and execute business plans to grow gaming revenue across international and premium segments
- Oversee Player Development teams and ensure a high-performance culture
- Design and refine marketing programs, events, and promotions to drive visitation and loyalty
- Partner with Gaming Operations, Hospitality, Finance, and Digital teams to support integrated guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, audit, and internal control standards
- Oversee budget planning and reinvestment controls to maximize profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in gaming marketing, VIP services, or player development
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth in high-end gaming or luxury hospitality environments
- Strong leadership experience managing hosts and marketing teams
- Deep understanding of player reinvestment, segmentation, ADT, Theo, and revenue modeling
- Established network in regional and international gaming markets
