About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach practical and theoretical courses in digital media design and media production
- Supervise creative projects, portfolios, and student internships
- Integrate generative AI, immersive technologies, and emerging design tools into teaching
- Contribute to the development and operation of digital media studios
- Produce peer-reviewed research and/or recognized creative work
- Establish collaborations with design studios, production companies, and creative industries
- Support curriculum development, program accreditation, and continuous improvement
- Participate in university service and academic committees
Requirements
- PhD in Digital Media Design or a closely related discipline
- Demonstrated record of teaching excellence aligned with international standards
- Research or creative scholarship supported by publications, exhibitions, or creative projects
- Strong professional portfolio in digital design and media production
- Ability to teach and advise students in both Arabic and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant creative industry experience
