About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess customer assets, income, and debts to recommend suitable financial and loan products
- Market and promote company products and services to current and potential clients
- Perform high-level cold-calling to qualify and close new accounts
- Document all sales activity using the company CRM
- Follow up on new leads and referrals from phone and field activity
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- 1-5 years of experience in a professional setting
- Proven sales acumen and executive presence
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Competitive nature and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel for initial training and minimal annual team meetings
